Asian Grilled Pork Tenderloin

2 pork tenderloins

Marinade:
3 tablespoons orange juice concentrate
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1? piece of ginger, peeled and sliced
3 cloves garlic, peeled and sliced

Place the pork tenderloins in a large plastic zip lock bag. Combine the marinade ingredients and pour over the pork tenderloins. Marinate for 2 to 6 hours. Grill pork tenderloins for about 12-16 minutes on direct heat . Baste often with the marinade.Slice and serve.Serves 4-5.

Barbecued Peach Pork Chops

1/4 cup fresh basil or mint, chopped
1/4 cup red pepper jelly, melted
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
1 tablespoon grainy mustard
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
pinch pepper
2 firm ripe peaches, unpeeled and sliced
4 thick bone in pork chops

Mix basil, red pepper jelly, vinegar, mustard, garlic, salt and pepper in a bowl. In a separate bowl, toss peaches with 2 tablespoons of the jelly mixture. Add the pork chops to the remaining mixture. Turn to coat and let stand for 20 minutes to marinate.

Place the pork chops and peaches on a greased grill over medium high heat. Close the lid and grill, turning halfway through, until peaches are browned, about 6 minutes. Remove the peaches and keep them warm. Grill pork chops until they are done. Approximatley 12-16 minutes total.

Mustard Barbecue Sauce Grilled Pork Tenderloin


2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard.
2 tablespoons of barbecue sauce.
2 tablespoons of olive oil.
1 teaspoon of dried rosemary.
Salt and freshly ground black pepper.
16 oz pork tenderloin, halved and butterflied.


In a  dish, combine the Dijon mustard, barbecue sauce and olive oil. Mix in the dried rosemary, salt and black pepper. Put butterflied pieces of pork tenderloin in the mixture and marinate for 45-50 minutes. Preheat your grill for medium high heat. Grill pork tenderloin in direct heat for 2 minutes on each side then put in indirect heat for 10 minutes; during last 5 minutes spread on bbq sauce. Know what temperature the meat is done at. Allow the tenderloin to rest for 10 minutes before cutting it into thin slices.

Spicy Pork Chops

4-6 pork chops
1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup olive oil
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. hot pepper sauce

In a large bowl, combine all of the above ingredients together except for the chops. In a container, pour some of the mixture into the bottom. Place pork chops on top and pour the remaining mixture on top. Seal container and refrigerate for 4-6 hours. Grill pork chops on medium high heat for 12-16 minutes until done.
Let rest before you eat and enjoy.
