I grill lobster tails the other night and they came out so succulent. I put them in pan and then I placed a small grill at the bottom then I filled it with wine and let steam on the grill for about 15 minutes then I took them off cut them into two pieces then I got grill marks on them.They were great.
I had some baby back ribs and they came out great. I also cooked the larger pork ribs and they came out good but the meat was a little bit tough. I been thinking about perfecting a barbecue sauce and putting it on the website but I have not got around to it.
I was cooking ribs and after I steamed them I turned them a 1/4 of a turn so that they didnt get burnt then I put the BBQ sauce in the last 15 minutes and they came out great.
